Its global popularity can be felt in Singapore, where halal variants have been introduced to cater to the local community. Here's your ultimate guide to finding halal Japanese food.

Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen immerses you in the distinct flavors and culture of Hokkaido. Ichikokudo opened its doors in 2018 and has since dazzled us with its rich Hokkaido-style ramen broth. Slow-cooked in simmering chicken bones for hours, they are dedicated to making their rich and flavorful soup the best they can. The noodles are made with a special flour blend that includes Hokkaido wheat, resulting in richly textured and firm noodles.

Seafood lovers must try their Ichi-Ramen Gifts From The Sea bowl, which is topped with crab leg, shrimp, and scallops for a hearty meal that will remind you of the seashore.
