Cramming down on some of your local favourites, whilst sipping on some beers, with the views of the Marina Bay cityscape, and surrounded by pushcarts with a retro aesthetic. This open-air, moonlit food centre in Singapore is a popular destination for tourists and the city's insomniacs.

You’ll be swamped by suggestions – food from all nationalities! The place has good ventilation and lighting throughout. You won’t regret the standard of dining, given the friendly stall owners, and they aren’t pushy. No one is on your tail, pressuring you to buy from their stall.
Just a brief tip: it's better to arrive before the dinner rush because it may get quite busy by 7 o'clock. In our situation, the wait time for a table was close to 20 minutes. The whole gastronomic experience, though, was outstanding.
