That was when I stumbled across Obsessive Chocolate Desire, and I knew I had to get into some of the delectable. OCD was previously located in the hearts of Ang Mo Kio but has now moved to Jalan Besar. A wallet-friendly café that has no categorization of normal and premium flavors like many other ice cream cafés.

The owners of Onalu Bagel Haus have created this monochromatic, modern café. This cafe is conveniently situated next to Bendemeer MRT Station on Jalan Besar. Because the entire cafe is white, you can snap Instagram-worthy pictures that have a simple aesthetic, which is a popular style among millennials.
