Thinking of something new to bake? Try out this recipe, Chocolate Butterscotch Bread Pudding with Custard. With just a few ingredients you can make a chocolate bread pudding in a short period. We tried it out, it was wonderfully baked and we reached satiety and felt content after finishing our homemade breadstuff. We thought it would help those yearning to find unchallenging pastry recipes, to try out.

Let’s start! First off, you’ll require 2 glasses of fresh milk – poured into your pan; followed by 2 eggs and 4 tablespoons of sugar and begin stirring until it's warm. Afterward, grab 8 pieces of Butterscotch bread. We think Bonjour Butterscotch Bread would do justice, and proceed to shred the 8 pieces into smaller portions and place them into a bowl. Sprinkle some chocolate chips, to your liking and repeat the process of spreading the shredded pieces of bread evenly. Next, pour the warm milk batter into the bowl and let the bread mixture soak for approximately 20 minutes.

During the interim, we prepare the custard cream as the topping. Pour evaporated milk into the pan followed by half a glass of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 ½ tablespoon of custard flour. Muddle it until it's concentrated. Now we are going to carry out a water bath for the bread mixture. Pour a glass of water onto the baking tray, proceed with placing the bread mixture onto the tray and into the oven. Bake the delectable pre-cooked delicacy at 180֯C for 45 minutes.

And there you have it, a simply-baked mouth-watering Chocolate Bread Pudding. Not forgetting the velvety custard that was prepared to supplement the rich and flavorsome goodie. The ingredients are straightforward and it is easy to find. Enjoy!
